This list of smoothie recipes have been searched out with love and are designed to bring the most to your NatraBurst™ experience. Some I have created myself; others I have found and altered to include NatraBurst™. There are 31 smoothies recipes here; the challenge is to try every one of them in a 30 day period - can you do it? I dare ya! It's all for fun but I wonder just how many people will take this on?
Rules: While it is not necessary to use NatraBurst™ in your smoothie, (I just happen to think this super food powder is the best), the challenge is to drink at least one smoothie per day. You can try one or all of the recipes in the NatraBurst™ Smoothie Recipe book, but before you start take your weight & jot it down. Then get to work! Don't try anything else fancy just do & eat like you always do. I promise you that by the end of 30 days you will feel better, you'll have more energy, your craving for “junk” & “fast” food will be diminished; you will probably lose some weight! This is a great way to detox too, so have fun. Don't forget to come back and post your progress and results!
